- Congress registration is not mandatory for participants who wish to attend the courses only.
- Since courses will be held at the same time, participants can only register for one course.
- Your seat in the course will be finalized upon payment and submission of the payment receipt.
- In case the minimum number of participants is not reached and a course cannot be opened, you will be offered the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.
- A specialized Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all course participants.

- 50% of the course fee will be refunded for cancellations submitted before November 19, 2026.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations notified on or after November 20, 2026.
